#Zero Hunger to celebrate World Food Day
GLBIMR Students participated in Essay Competition organized by SQUIRRELMASTER.co.in on #Zero Hunger to celebrate World Food Day from October 16-25, 2018
Under the visionary guidance of Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions and aegis of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research, Greater Noida, GLBIMR students of PGDM Batch 2017-19 & 2018-20 participated in essay competition on SDG’s #Zero Hunger to celebrate World Food Day from October 16-25, 2018 organizes by SQUIRRELMASTER.co.in with the objective to encourage awareness and generate innovative ideas to end hunger, accomplish sustenance security, enhance nourishment and advance manageable farming.
Students from all around the world, under different categories have participated in this competition. 30 GLBIMR students from PGDM batch 2017-19 and 2018-20 have also contributed their ideas by submitting essays on “What is my duty to achieve #ZeroHunger by 2030?
Bhvay Prabhakar (PGDM Batch 2017-19), Nimisha Agrawal (PGDM Batch 2018-20) & Preety Grover (PGDM Batch 2018-20) from GLBIMR secured the First, Second & Third Position in the College/University Group across the globe. They were awarded Certificate of rank & one-year subscription of “The Positive“- The Highly Resourceful Newsletter. They were also highlighted on SQUIRRELMASTER.co.in website. The competition enhanced the business acumen of the students and their outstanding achievement is a reflection of the reinforcement of Corporate Readiness at the institute.
