GLBIMR, organized an expert talk on 'Audit of Financial Statements' for students of PGDM batch 2022-24 on October 4, 2022. The immediate goal of the session was to impart knowledge of Auditing of Financial Statements, framework of an audit and its importance to a business entity. The idea was not only to impart knowledge, but to kindle enthusiasm by keeping the session interactive. This event played a tremendously important role in making students aware of the importance of an audit, as it affects the overall efficiency, ability and survival of a company regardless of which domain students are working in. They were told about the focus and purpose of auditing and the role of different financial statements in preparing an audit report.
