The Institute has a Grievance Redressal Committee in the campus in compliance with AICTE Regulations 2012, F. No. 37-3/Lega112012, dated 25.05.2012, with an objective of preventing unfair practices and to provide a mechanism to students and Employees for redressal of their grievances. Any aggrieved student and employees can approach the Grievance Redressal Committee by filing an online complaint by visiting web link: https://www.glbimr.org/grievance.php
The link has been created for reporting grievances and for seeking redressal. Matter can be escalated to the Ombudsman in case complainant seeking redressal is not satisfied with the decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC). The Grievance Redressal Committee meets immediately on the receipt of a complaint.
Grievances of students related to academics and personal grievances of students within campus and hostel may be addressed to the Presiding Officer.

As per the Rules and Regulations of All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Faculty/Staff Member) Regulation 2021, the institute has re-constituted GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE (GRC) for faculty and staff members. The composition of the GRC is as follows:

Objective of GRC: To provide opportunities for redressal of grievances of Faculty / Staff Members of the Institute
A complaint from an aggrieved faculty/staff member relating to the institution shall be addressed to the Chairperson, Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC).

The grievance can be applied either online through WEB SIM ERP, Steps to apply grievance online:
A. Log on WEB SIM ERP using your credentials.
B. Click on “Employee Grievance” option available under “Employee” button on dash board of WEB SIM ERP.
C. Click on New Entry and type or select “EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES” in Grievance Name text box.
D. Type grievance in Particulars field and Click on SAVE button.
The GRC meets with in a week (from date of complaint) and complaint is addressed. The decision is communicated to the concerned faculty / staff within 15 days.
