On September 17, 2022 an Alumni Talk Session was organized for the students of PGDM (2022-24) Batch on the topic "Communication Techniques in Contemporary Workplace". Ms. Anjali Jha, an alumnus from PGDM 2017 - 19 Batch, currently working as Assistant Manager, Training and quality, jeevansathi.com, was the resource person of this alumni talk.
Participating Students apprised with basic communication etiquette in a professional setup. They learnt the various communication techniques used globally in business practices. An overview on the importance of active listening, Indianism, tone, and politeness was also provided.
The event was successful in making the students realize that good communication skills are the first essential steps for moving forward successfully in the business world. Good verbal and written communication are of paramount importance.
