"On September 21, 2024, Mr. Niraj Kumar, an HR Tech and ER practitioner, conducted a session on "Creating Performance Benchmark" for the HR specialization students of the PGDM second year (2023-2025 batch). He also discussed the Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a metric for customer loyalty and satisfaction, reflecting an organization’s market position, and stressed the need to reduce time to market to maintain competitiveness in product development.
