On September 3rd, 2024, GLBIMR hosted an enlightening Global Expert Talk session titled ‘Cross-Cultural Perspectives: Organizational Culture in a Global Context,’ led by Prof. Kakul Agha, Discipline Leader-HR, Skyline University College, Sharjah.
The session shed light on the importance of understanding cultural differences in global organizations and their influence on leadership, collaboration, and decision-making. Prof. Agha shared key insights, including Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions framework and practical strategies for managing diverse teams.
