GLBIMR organized a virtual Expert Talk Session for Operation Specialization students with Mr. Ankit Gupta, Country Lead, India, Mondelez International, as the keynote speaker.
The session focused on "Career in Operations" and highlighted the significance of higher education, digital transformation, and automation. Mr. Gupta explained the four verticals of business operations and discussed procurement, production planning, packaging, logistics management, and demand forecasting. He emphasized the importance of hands-on experience with the latest industry tools and technology.
The students actively participated and raised many queries related to the skills required to be a successful operation manager.
