An International Immersion Programme (IIP) is a transformative learning experience designed to expose students to global business environments, diverse cultures, and international market dynamics. It enhances their understanding of global strategies, cross-cultural communication, and emerging trends in international business.

• GLBIMR successfully conducted the International Immersion Programme (IIP) for the PGDM batch 2022-24 students at Skyline University College, Sharjah, UAE on February 20 to 25, 2024. An international immersion program included students travelling to Skyline University, Sharjah to engage in their educational and cultural experiences. The program was designed to provide students with opportunities to enhance their academic learning, develop intercultural competence, and broaden their perspectives. The international immersion program of Skyline University includes academic coursework that is relevant to the industry. This involves attending workshops conducted by their professors. The students received certifications in Creativity & Innovation, and Generative AI.

• GLBIMR successfully conducted the International Immersion Programme (IIP) for the PGDM batch 2024-26 students at Krirk University, Thailand on November 24- November 30, 2024. The international immersion program involved students at Krirk University, Bangkok to participate in a blend of educational and cultural experiences. This program aimed to enrich students' academic learning, foster intercultural competence, and expand their global perspectives. It featured a Cultural Heritage Centre visit, and courses on AI and Organization Behaviour led by the university's professors. As part of the program, the participants earned certifications in International Mobility and Cultural exchange.
