One such suggestion by the BoG has been about how to improve external branding and positioning of the Institute. The suggestion was to aim at achieving number One position in the state and create good branding and word-of-mouth publicity. Following the suggestion, we increased the budget on external branding and started focusing on creating on-campus student-experience. We also started focusing on parents as an important stakeholder and established good communications with them through different channels, including creating of WhatsApp group. As a result of these changes, the Institute is able to improve its ranking and rating in surveys conducted by various agencies and started figuring in top 50 institutions in the country.

This is the responsibility of the Director and management team, working within the broad framework of policies and priorities decided by the Governing Body.
